Research activities of the Department of Electronics, Microelectronics, Computer and Intelligent Systems include the following:

Electronics and microelectronics: Semiconductor material applications in non-standard fields. New semiconductor heating elements and temperature sensors. Modern homojunction and heterojunction transistor structures. New horizontal current bipolar transistor (HCBT). Development of semiconductor device models. Modelling of passive devices.
