WebProject source code in the Repository has been updated with some small bugfixes (already installed at https://orson.rasip.fer.hr/webproject ).

Let's call it version 1.02 :-)

... we're finished!

And we feel great because of that fact! :-)

The next, big meeting will be held on Monday, 2006-01-09, at 13:15.

Only one major topic: How to finish the WebProject?

Please, do as much things as you can from the ToDo list, (including things which we forgot to add) before the meeting. :-)

Dear DSD friends, customers and all the good people,

The WebProject Team wishes you Merry Christmas and very happy and peaceful 2006!

See you next year :-)

Just a reminder for a meeting on Monday, 2005-12-19, 13:15. We shoould see how to continue with the WebProject developing, talk about handling the reports and so on...

(oh, the celebration because of the successful presentation and demo should also take place :-) ... Any cookies to bring?)

The surprising thing is that we have just a few weeks left, mostly because of the holidays, so we have to organize ourselves well :-)

Once again (be patient, my dear DSD friends, there are not so much meetings left :-) )...

Monday, 2005-12-12, 13:15, MSN.

Please go carefully through modules&pages document, v0.2. The new pages are already in CVS, just waiting to be filled with appropriate modules.

Also, "time periods" should be discussed, and a bunch of things in handling the reports.

So... lots of work, again :-))

- ...

See you...

As every Monday, the next meeting will be at 13:15, 2005-11-28.

We'll try to solve some "How to write modules?" questions (please, thoroughly read Krešimir's e-mail tutorial!), and talk about XML reports specifications.

The next meeting will be on Monday, 2005-11-21, at 13:15.

Please, get familiar with the way of writing modules by then. If you have some problems/difficulties/questions concerning connecting, CVS, application core, database, send them to All by e-mail as soon as possible, so we can all think about them and try to solve them before the meeting. :)

Themes:
- CVS/remote editing
- using the core to write modules - some explanations, if needed
- coding conventions
- ongoing project tasks
- ...

See you ;-)

"It's getting better all the time..." (The Beatles)

The WebProject application core has been deployed.
The database is up and running, according to the specification.

Big "Thanks!" goes to Krešimir for spending some sleepless nights making the core and writing the examples of the usage.

Now it would be a perfect time to (learn and) start using our CVS :-)

Enjoy! :-)

A new meeting summary has been uploaded to the Documents page. Please, check it out, especially if you have forgotten what is your task in the nearest future :-)

If you are not familiar with CVS checkout, use these instructions:

On orson.rasip.fer.hr make public_html directory in your home directory. Enter that directory, and run the following command:

   cvs -d <username>@orson.rasip.fer.hr:/var/cvsdsd/webproject checkout webproject

The next meeting will be held on Monday, 2005-11-14, at 13:15. After gathering your ideas for functionality, hopefully we'll get a decent version of Requirements until then.

Themes:
- functionalities definition
- team roles (think about them in advance! :-) )
- internal milestones
- ideas
- ...

Hope to see you all! :-)
