Organizational Psychology

Course Description

Individual characteristics of workers. Leadership, planning and organizing. Motivation and motivators. Typical problems in work organizations, strategies of problem solving. Group processes, communication, team work.Negotiating, conflict solving. Decision making strategies. Organizational changes, cross-cultural differences, organizational climate.

General Competencies

Basic knowledge in the field of organizational psychology. Introduction to basics of team work, leadership and motivation.
