Course Description

Computational geometry. Hermite, Bezier, B-spline and NURBS curves and surfaces. Special features of curves and surfaces. Illumination and shading: empirical, transitional and analytic models. Ray tracing. Radiosity. Modelling of natural objects. Sampling, resampling and reconstruction in computer graphics. Direct and indirect B-spline transform. Visual artefacts. Multidimensional data sets.
