Communication systems for multimedia services.Networks architecture. Media types and applications. Digital interfaces. Mobile and satellite transmission systems. Cable distribution of multimedia content. Digital broadcasting networks. Intermodulation impact on multimedia services transmission. Protocols for interactive services in digital broadcasting system, scrambling and conditional access. Multimedia presentation and authorization.
